Our Process

Our national team works to help homeowners and businessowners who have recently experienced damage to their property, or who have a denied or underpaid property claim they wish to pursue further. Whether you have been through a recent hurricane, hailstorm, fire, burst pipe or other type of property damage, it is our goal to help you receive a fair and proper settlement. Once you submit your claim we will contact you to gather any additional information and set up a time to visit your property to perform our investigation of the damages.

Policy Review

We will review your policy to evaluate the coverage, limits and exclusions that might apply to your loss.

We will examine the property and damage, take measurements, photos and video documentation as needed.

Estimate

We will create a sketch of your property and list of items/services needed in order to rebuild your property to its pre-loss condition.

Negotiation

We will compare our estimate with your insurance carrier’s and discuss a final agreement; all the while working to obtain a fair and proper settlement.

Settlement

Once a settlement has been agreed upon and a check has been received from your carrier, we will send you your money promptly.
